Alpha Software Providers provides clients with advanced applications for insurance products and services. Their applications must manage large amounts of data with a high level of security.
Having numerous clients, who in turn offer various insurance products, the client needed a modern, secure and scalable platform to be able to carry out their day-to-day activities efficiently and without interruptions. The main challenges were saving and analyzing data from insurance policies and complex flows for the most efficient management of claims.

In implementing the solution, we took into account the sensitive nature of the data the client works with and the need for security, and we used several data security solutions from AWS: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, CloudFront. Together with the AWS solution, we implemented Data Dog, to meet the monitoring and storage needs of clients. Data Dog and Amazon CloudWatch collect data that is used to troubleshoot and investigate various issues and to help with potential performance improvements.
To limit the risk of a cyber attack, we implemented an MFA and started Amazon GuardDuty, which reduces the time to detect threats and streamlines the work of the IT department through automation.
Since the amount of information in the insurance field is very large, we used Amazon S3 to create secure archives that can be kept at an optimal cost for the business.
Following the implementation of the AWS solution, we managed to ensure the continuity of the Alpha Software Providers business in the event of a disaster or cyber attack and to reduce their impact on the entire business. Dendrio’s experience, in AWS projects, made the implemented solution scalable, with minimal costs for the client, and the automations brought increased the efficiency of Alpha Software Providers employees.
The two teams worked together so that in less than 6 months they managed to launch the applications for the first customers of Alpha Software Providers.
